Public Parks

The City of Willows has constructed and maintains public parks for the use and enjoyment of the public.  The parks are open to the public for informal gatherings, recreation, games and leisure activities.  Although City parks are open for public use, an individual may wish to reserve part of a park for the exclusive use of an organized activity for a specific day. The City asks that you allow at least two weeks prior to your event to reserve your space.  The permit procedure is designed to eliminate the conflicting scheduling of public parks, to ensure that adequate liability insurance is provided by the sponsor of an event, and to establish rules to govern the use of parks.

The City Swimming Pool located within Sycamore Park is also available to rent.

Applications differ from Park Permits and prices vary please contact the City Hall for pricing details.  .
