Update of the City of Willows Municipal Code - due April 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.

Addendum 1 to RFP for Consulting Services for a Comprehensive Update of the City of Willows municipal Code:

The question-and-answer period that had previously closed on March 7, 2023, will be reopened for an additional one-week period. Questions will be accepted between March 17, 2023, and March 24, 2023, at 5:00 pm. All questions will be answered by March 29, 2023, at 5:00 pm, and will be made available to the public on the City’s website as well as e-mailed directly to all organizations that have expressed an interest in submitting a proposal.

  1. Would the City consider extending the response date for proposal submission? Yes. The response date is being extended to April 24, 2023, at 4:00 pm.
  2. Would the City consider a proposal for the Zoning portion only? The City’s preference is for one firm, or firms in partnership, to assume the responsibility of overhauling the entire municipal code. At this time, the City may consider proposals for the Zoning portion only, and preference or consideration of firms that submit proposals for the full scope of work may be favored.
